Archon Platform¶
Archon is a production-grade homelab where IT, OT, and AI converge into one operational system. Sensors on the basement floor publish to the same observability stack that monitors a Kubernetes control plane. Service accounts and trust zones follow IEC 62443. Every architectural decision is captured as an ADR, every change ships through a pipeline, and the platform is AI-portable: the documentation is the source of truth, written so any model can reconstruct context without me in the room.
Why I built this¶
I am Ben Peries, a solution architect and infrastructure manager from Quebec with 15 years of experience, transitioning into the agentic operations era. Most senior IT roles now ask for AI-driven operations experience. Most candidates can talk about it. Few can show one running.
So I built one.
Archon is what I would build if I was asked to show, end to end, how a traditional IT operation transitions into an agentic operations model. Documented decisions. Secure-by-default zones. Observable everything. Operations workflows where AI agents are first-class operators, not bolt-on chatbots.
Every sprint here is a real sprint. Every commit is real work. The platform is the portfolio.
